At FurKids Retreat, all rates are charged per calendar day, regardless of check-in or check-out time. This allows us to maintain structured routines and consistent care standards for every guest.

We offer exclusive chalet-style dog boarding with capped numbers to ensure a calm, well-managed environment. Each dog enjoys access to their chalet space and outdoor yard throughout the day, with structured enrichment and attentive supervision.

Our cat chalet features ten private suites, each complete with its own private outdoor catio. Designed to provide both security and stimulation, every feline guest enjoys a peaceful and personalised stay.

Every guest receives daily enrichment, individual attention and attentive supervision from our dedicated team, who are genuinely passionate about animal welfare. We provide daily updates and photos via your preferred platform — text message or WhatsApp — so you can feel connected while you’re away.

Routine health checks are conducted throughout each stay, with close monitoring of appetite and toileting habits. These observations are carefully documented to ensure early identification of any concerns.

As a complimentary gesture, dogs staying five days or more receive a bath the day prior to departure, so they return home fresh and clean.
